Celebrate the new year with a happy healthy teeth for your little one!
It is the year 2019 now Design plans for the new happy year for you and your family!
I would like to encourage you to make a dental care plan to help your child’s white teeth continue to sparkle this year and beyond.
Let’s start 2019 with good oral hygiene as a new year’s resolution for your child:
-
Brushing Schedule:
First resolution you should take in the new year is brushing your child’s teeth twice a day for two mins. Brushing is the main key for healthier teeth and good breath, avoiding tooth decay and painful problems.
Download it here Brushing Challenge.
-
Flossing daily:
You need to floss your child teeth because brushing alone can’t keep plaque from building up on teeth, and can’t remove food remains. Flossing does! If you don’t floss your child teeth, the new year is the best time to start flossing.
-
Chewing sugar free gum:
Chewing sugarless or “sugar free” gum after meals is a very effective way to prevent tooth decay in children. Think about the win win: They love Gum so will comply and you actually get to reduce the bacteria in their mouth!
-
Eat healthy tooth-friendly yummies:
It is important to keep it balanced. 3 main meals and 2 snacks.
Tooth friendly snacks exist and can be yummy as well, we just have to find them read this blog for more inspiration about the topic:
-
Visit your dentist regularly:
Dont be a stranger, visit your dentist regularly. This is the best time to get all your dental needs and those of your child covered quiet early; without pain, without drama!
Booking a dental appointment is one of the most important resolutions you should take for your child’s oral and dental health. According to the American Dental Association (ADA), some conditions, like sensitivity in the teeth or bleeding gums, are sure signs that calling you to see a dentist. Even if your child’s teeth look great, book an appointment with your dentist.
